Consulica Immigration is owned and managed by Micheline Khoury who is recognized by the government of Canada as a regulated member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
We work closely with a team of professionals to provide legal support, accounting and translation services as well as the required expertise in different domains of business and investments.

Holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Negotiation and Diplomacy from Université Paris Sud XI in Paris, a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the Lebanese University in Beirut and a Certificate in Law from the University of Montreal.
Micheline has over 17 years of international experience dealing with multinational client profiles. She has also assisted clients in their immigration to Canada projects.
Having worked as Legal Assistant at El-Khoury Law Firm in Montréal, she recognizes the importance of legal deadlines and its impact on every application. She pays a special attention to details and recognizes the importance of accurate communication, the two main factors that help avoid unnecessary delays in any immigration demand or procedure.
Micheline has also held several senior management positions that involve consultancy and strategic planning in major hotel chains, such as the Sheraton and the Millennium hotels, where the client satisfaction is at the centre of her interest.
