Business People Category is for people who are interested to immigrate to Canada and live in Quebec to establish/acquire a business, or to make an investment or to create their own employment by practising a profession or trade on their own account.
There is three immigration programs for Business People in Quebec :
– The Entrepreneur Program
– The Investor Program
– The Self-Employed Worker Program.
If you wish to immigrate to Quebec as part of its program for Business people, here are five important steps. If completed successfully, they will lead to your immigration to Quebec:
1. Distinguishing between the selection and the admission of Business people—the respective roles of the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada.
2. Selecting one of the three immigration programs for Business people.
3. Understanding the selection process.
4. Completing and sending in the official immigration application – Application for a Quebec Selection Certificate.
5. Applying to the Government of Canada for permanent residence.
